What whole-team demand is, and is not
Whole-team demand, as The Agency Demand System uses the term, is a coordinated way for an agency's existing staff to build visibility with one target buyer at several levels of that buyer's company. It is not an employee advocacy program where staff reshare the founder's posts, and it is not a content calendar handed to an intern.
Each role writes original material from its own experience. A project manager explaining how a handoff really works is more credible to an operations lead than any founder essay. The shared part is the position, not the words.
